Today has been the kindest day of the year so far, weather wise. No sunshine of course, but mildest day for months, 11c and not much wind.
After breaking my PB in the storm the other day, I timed myself today; 42:44.
I dunno what's going on exactly, considering I feel I have trained about half as much this winter as last. But i'm pleased. If this continues then it will be a good summer.
Now that icy roads should become A less frequent occurence, I hope to get back on the bicycle. However there is often a snowy period of weather in March, so I wouldn't be surprised if today is just a blip like one day we had last February.. a lot of snow soon followed during March.
The grass is still mushy and short, but I hit with the tennis racquet today for half an hour before I went running.

wow you run alot, the temperature sounds so nice in england. in australia it is way to hot i don't remember it ever being lower than 12 degrees where i live before, the rain must be annoying though, in australia it is summer and this is when we get the most rain but when it is not it is really hot. Well done on breaking your pb!!!!!!. i dont know how you could run so far and so fast, i would die if i ran anymore than 5k. have you ever run a marathon or half marathon before, it sounds like your more than capable, oh and in my stupidity, i just want to clarify you run the Marion Bartoli blog too don't you.
