I've did pretty much no exercise for 2 months. And absolutely no exercise for a month. So it's time I got back into it.
Three of the past four days I've had a run. Obviously my fitness has dropped like a stone. S o I havent been able to run as far as I normally would, or at the same pace as before.
I just need to keep at it.
Sunday (today) 4.2 miles
Friday 2.7 miles
Thursday 4.2 miles
